Role & responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Go or Python.
Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices.
Integrate AI/ML models into backend applications for real-time or batch inference.
Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to deploy and monitor machine learning models.
Work with SQL and NoSQL databases to design productive data storage solutions.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Implement security best practices, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.
Develop unit tests, integration tests, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.

Preferred candidate profile
3+ years of backend development experience.




Robust programming skills in Go or Python.
Experience with frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, Django, or Go Fiber/Gin.
Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and asynchronous programming.
Experience integrating AI/ML models using libraries or frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, or OpenAI APIs.
Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts is a plus.
Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB/Redis).
Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
