About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Operational Head to lead and optimize the day-to-day operations of our FinTech business. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence across payment operations, customer support, compliance, and cross-functional teams while ensuring efficiency, scalability, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage daily business operations across the organization.
Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business goals.
Oversee payment operations, transaction monitoring, customer support, and process execution.
Improve operational workflows, productivity, and service quality.
Collaborate with Product, Technology, Finance, Compliance, and Customer Success teams.
Define and monitor operational KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
Manage operational budgets, vendors, and resource planning.
Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing operations teams.
Identify operational risks and implement process improvements to enhance business continuity.





Required Skills
Solid experience in FinTech, Payments, Banking, or Financial Services operations.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of payment workflows, transaction lifecycle, reconciliation, and operational processes.
Experience with process optimization, reporting, KPI management, and operational planning.
Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems, data analysis, and Microsoft Excel.
Solid communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field.
3–5+ years of experience in Operations, preferably within FinTech, Payments, Banking, or Financial Services.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and operational performance.
