Position: Relationship Officer(Field Sales) HL & LAP
CTC: Up to 3.9 LPA

Key Responsibilities
Generate Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) business through field sales.
Source customers via DSAs, connectors, builders, brokers, and direct marketing activities.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with channel partners and customers.
Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
Conduct customer meetings, explain loan products, and guide customers through the loan process.
Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical, and Operations teams for smooth loan processing.
Ensure timely login, sanction, and disbursement of loan cases.
Cross-sell other banking products wherever applicable.
Maintain accurate sales reports and customer records.

Candidate Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
14 years of experience in Home Loans (HL), Loan Against Property (LAP), Mortgage, or Retail Asset Sales.
Experience in field sales with a robust local market network.

Preferred Background: Candidates from banks, NBFCs, Housing Finance Companies (HFCs), or mortgage sales organizations with hands-on experience in HL/LAP field sales.
