Key Responsibilities:
Support strategy execution and operational initiatives across global industry groups.
Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, KPI tracking, pipeline reporting, revenue analysis, and forecasting.
Perform business research, market intelligence, stakeholder analysis, and commercial insights.
Maintain CRM hygiene, data accuracy, and reporting across Mercury, ARD, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
Develop Power BI/Excel dashboards and automate recurring reports.
Coordinate with global stakeholders, prepare meeting materials, capture action items, and support leadership communications.
Support business development, strategic accounts, and executive reporting.
