Responsibilities as a Client Relations Officer include the following tasks, however not limited to only; Maintain names of confirmed clients on board Look for payment options,



raise invoice and confirm payments Ensure payments are collected before the due dates Work in coordination with other departments including Maintain reports Develop and expand the production team Perform at event duties as a CRO Keep a tab on costs vs. profit for the business line
