Roles & Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of automation frameworks using Python.
Develop automated test scripts for web applications, APIs, and backend services.
Create reusable automation components and improve test coverage.
Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines.
Review code, mentor team members, and enforce automation best practices.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to understand requirements and define test strategies.
Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams for timely resolution.
Ensure automation standards, coding guidelines, and documentation are maintained.
