Role & responsibilities
Generate leads through walk-ins, references, digital inquiries, cold calling, and channel partners.
Contact prospective customers and understand their property requirements.
Conduct project presentations and site visits for potential buyers.
Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, offers, and legal documentation.
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients to ensure a seamless buying experience.
Follow up regularly with prospects and convert inquiries into bookings.
Negotiate deals and close sales while achieving monthly revenue targets.
Coordinate with banks, legal, CRM, and accounts teams for documentation and payment processes.
Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system regularly.
Participate in property exhibitions, promotional events, and lead generation activities.
Develop and manage relationships with channel partners,



brokers, and real estate consultants.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and industry developments.
Ensure excellent customer service before and after sales to generate repeat business and referrals.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets.

Preferred candidate profile
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
15 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
Knowledge of residential and commercial real estate is an advantage.
Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is preferred.
