This role blends people management (training, coaching, performance monitoring of a large intern team) with hands-on ownership of conversion targets.What you'll doTrain, coach, and manage a team of sales/telecalling interns handling high-volume candidate outreachBuild and refine call scripts and objection-handling frameworks for candidate conversionOwn and drive conversion targets, monitor call quality, and run regular performance reviewsHandle escalations and act as the point of contact for team leads under youReport conversion metrics and team performance to leadershipWhat we're looking for2–5 years of experience in sales/counseling roles at an EdTech company, coaching institute,



or exam-prep platform (e.g., admission counseling, course sales, lead conversion)Proven experience training and managing a team of 10+ junior sales reps or counselorsStrong track record of converting warm, already-engaged leads — not cold outbound sellingComfortable working with targets, call monitoring, and structured performance reviewsExcellent spoken English/Hindi (or relevant regional language) and objection-handling skillsGood to haveExperience scaling a team from a small base (10–20) to a larger one (50–100+)Familiarity with CRM/dialer tools used in high-volume calling operationsMust Have:Should have work experience in any ED TECH related companies or candidate counsellingmust have candidate counselling experiencemust have successful sales conversion track record excellent top notch communication skills
