Job Description:
Providing technical support to customers.
Responsible for on time completion of projects/tasks assigned.
Conducting training sessions with clients as and when required.
Realtime solving and addressing customer queries/issues raised.
Meeting customers and prospects for technical discussion.
Meeting existing customers on regular basis for assessment.
Closely work with internal Sales/Technical team on requirement basis.
Daily Reporting to Technical managers.
Skills Required:-
Must have knowledge of CAD/CAM/CAE Domain
Creo Parametric/ANSYS/Any 2D CAD Knowledge is preferred (Simulation Software).
Must have knowledge of Manufacturing Processes
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Working Knowledge of Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is must.
Office Hours/ Shift Timings: 09:00 AM to 06:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (1st & 3rd Saturday Off)
