Job Description:
Planning according to the customer schedule.
Man power allocation according to schedule.
Providing on job training to current joiners.
Preparing work instructions.
Reductions of defects through QC activities.
Responsible for production, plan adherence & quality of products.
Effective use of Man, Machine& Materials.
Responsible for carrying out productivity improvements projects like set up reduction time,
cycle time reduction ,total productive maintenance.
Troubleshooting run time breakdowns, maintenance.
SOP revisions & updating.
Rejection elimination.
Knowledge of VMC machines & operations.
Knowledge of VMC programming ,Saving , Hibbing and Setting.
Maintaining proper tooling & instruments for maintaining the standards in manufacturing.
Coordination with production managers & team leaders during customer audits/quality audits.
Responsible for 5s & TPM
Implementation for suggestion & kaizens.
Being a safety committee member, responsible for safety in the shift.
