Job Description:

Mandatory Skills:
Champion the entire ML lifecycle, from data exploration and feature engineering to model selection, training, evaluation, deployment, and maintenance.
Experience in developing application using LLM models, Generative AI
Experience in using RAG, Fine Tuning LLM models (Llama, Gemma etc)
Knowledge of Python, R, or other AI/ML tools
Knowledge AI/ML libraries frameworks like Langchain, Transformers, scikit learn, Tensorflow, Keras, Matplotlib etc
Experience using data analytics/machine learning techniques (e.g. regression, classification, clustering, pattern recognition, anomaly detection, deep learning, self-learning etc.)
Experience in Computer vision, image analytics and developing models using deep learning added advantage

Additional Skills:
Master’s in industrial/manufacturing/production engineering is preferred with previous industry experience
Experience in any of the domains - Oil & Gas, Desalination, Motors & Pumps,



Industrial systems
Knowledge of any optimization will be an added advantage
Experience in areas such as Process control and process automation and monitoring, Predictive maintenance, Multivariate analysis, fault detection and diagnosis

Academic and soft skills:
Education – Bachelor/Master degree in any engineering stream (Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical/Chemical)
Robust experience in projects involving industrial/engineering problems, data analytics, modeling and simulation and system engineering knowhow
Quick ability to learn and apply knowledge in multiple domain areas with excellent problem solving and communication skills
Self-motivated with the ability to handle/work on multiple tasks and projects
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a passion for innovation.
