• Source New to Bajaj relationships for Commercial Midmarket Business (Turnover >200 Cr). Experience in handling Corporate
client relationships is preferred
• Build a diversified portfolio offering revenues from Assets NII, Fees, Cross sell etc. Asset prospects to be sourced aligned to
the lending norms as prescribed.
• Solid focus on Credit quality. Thorough monitoring of accounts sourced, keep track on customer business and report any early
warning signals and take appropriate actions as identified. Build a Portfolio which is solid and non-delinquent.
• Regular tracking of progress on the agreed key metrics towards delivering on the strategy.
• Track developments in the respective markets and provide feedback to the management team.
• Stakeholder management – Coordination with internal as well as external stakeholders
