Job Description:
Machine Operation:
Operate various production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Set up, adjust, and monitor machine parameters to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
Load and unload raw materials and finished products from machines.
Assembly and Fitting :
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
Assemble and fit mechanical components and systems with precision.
Ensure proper alignment and functionality of assembled parts.
Quality Control:
Conduct routine quality inspections of products at various stages of production.
Identify and report any defective products or machinery issues to the supervisor.
Make necessary adjustments to maintain product specifications.
Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
Perform routine preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment (e.g., cleaning, lubrication, minor adjustments).
Assist in troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical or electrical issues.
Report major machine faults or breakdowns to the maintenance department.
