Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management & Reporting:
Assist in managing the company's financial statements, general ledger, portfolio accounting, payroll, accounts payable, and balance sheet reconciliation.
Lead the completion of financial reports, month-end closing process, and conduct monthly & quarterly financial forecasts with our Finance Controller.
Ensure accurate and timely production of all financial information.

Monthly/Quarterly Tasks:
Manage GST, PF, and TDS
Track expenses and allowances
Handle payments to local vendors & service providers
Oversee payroll and cash flow analysis
Conduct credit analysis and manage transfer pricing
Control office expenses and ensure financial control for miscellaneous local expenses

Quarterly/Annual Tasks:
Collaborate on tax filing and GST filing, including refunds
Manage allowances and perks

Compliance & Improvement:
Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate transactional data for financial reporting.




Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
Maintain processes to improve the close and reporting cycles for timely and accurate reporting.
Ensure the company adheres to all tax returns and statutory requirements.
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key contacts within the portfolio of accounts.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years' experience working with an IT company.
