Job Purpose:

To design, implement and manage training programs that enhance the skill sets of the sales and credit teams within the Micro Business Loan (MBL) division. The Training Manager will work closely with product, risk, and operations teams to ensure training content is aligned with business goals and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Training Program Design & Delivery:
Develop training programs for field sales executives, relationship managers, and credit officers involved in MBL products.
Conduct induction training for current joiners and regular refresher training across regions.
Utilize a mix of classroom, on-the-job, and digital learning tools to deliver content.
Needs Analysis:
Identify training needs based on business objectives, performance gaps, and compliance updates.
Partner with regional sales heads and HR business partners to understand training priorities.
Content Development:
Prepare training materials, modules, assessments, and e-learning content tailored to the MBL audience.




Regularly update training content to reflect changes in lending policies, compliance, and market practices.
Monitoring & Evaluation:
Track training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance improvements.
Maintain MIS and dashboards to report on training KPIs.
Compliance & Process Alignment:
Ensure all training content complies with internal policies, RBI regulations, and financial inclusion standards.
Promote ethical sales practices and customer-centric behavior.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Education: Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred)
Experience: 5–8 years in retail lending, with at least 2–3 years in a training role (preferably in micro-lending or MSME segment)
Skills:
Solid understanding of micro-lending products and credit processes
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with LMS platforms is a plus
Ability to travel regionally for training delivery
