Position Overview Game Theory is looking for a agile and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving membership sales, engaging with prospective customers, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, target-driven, and passionate about helping people embrace an active lifestyle through sports.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development
Proactively engage with prospective customers to understand their fitness goals and preferences.
Promote and sell Game Theory's swimming and badminton memberships.
Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into members.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Provide prompt and professional support by addressing customer queries and concerns.
Conduct regular follow-ups to encourage membership renewals and customer retention.
Ensure an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales journey.
Sales Strategy




Execute effective sales strategies to increase customer acquisition.
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
Stay informed about market trends and customer preferences.
Reporting & CRM
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Update CRM systems regularly with lead and customer information.
Prepare sales reports and share progress updates with the Sales Manager.

Qualifications
~ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
~2+ years of experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, Business Development, or a similar sales role.
~ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
~ Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
~ Experience working with CRM software and sales tools.
~ Strong negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
~ Passion for sports and fitness is an added advantage.
