Job Summary

We are hiring a skilled Welder for our manufacturing facility located in Bhamboli, Chakan, Pune. The candidate will be responsible for performing welding operations as per drawings and specifications, ensuring structural integrity, and maintaining quality and safety standards on the shop floor.

Candidates with prior welding experience in industrial or manufacturing settings are preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Perform welding operations (MIG / TIG / Arc Welding) as per technical drawings
Interpret blueprints and fabrication diagrams
Ensure proper alignment and fitting of components before welding
Conduct visual inspection of welded joints
Maintain welding equipment and tools properly




Follow safety standards and use protective equipment
Coordinate with production and quality teams
Maintain daily work reports and production records

Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: 1–3 years in Welding / Fabrication / Manufacturing preferred
Location: Must be willing to work at Bhamboli, Chakan, Pune, Maharashtra

Salary
CTC: 1.92 - 2.54 LPA
Final offer will depend on interview performance and welding skill test
