As a Senior Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's SAP ABAP initiatives. Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of ABAP developers, providing technical guidance and support.
Design and develop complex ABAP programs, ensuring high-quality code and optimal performance.
Implement and integrate SAP solutions across various functional modules, such as FI/CO, SD, MM, and HR.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Participate in S/4HANA migration projects, ensuring a smooth and successful transition.




Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, and drive innovation within the team.
Document and maintain technical documentation, ensuring knowledge transfer and continuity.

Qualifications
8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development and implementation projects.
Expertise in Core ABAP, OData Services, CDS Views, and RAP is mandatory.
Proven experience in S/4HANA migration/conversion projects is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of SAP integration across functional modules, especially FI/CO, SD, MM, and HR.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Experience in leading and mentoring development teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet project deadlines.
A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Certifications in SAP ABAP or S/4HANA are an added advantage.
