Job Description: We are urgently hiring for the position of Accounts Payable for a leading CA firm located in Mumbai(Malad).

Accounts Payable:
Review, verify, and process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner(Invoice Booking).
Ensure proper approval of invoices before processing payments
Process payments and maintain vendor records.Coordination with various vendors.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies(Vendor Reconcilation).
Maintain accurate records and documentation for auditing purposes, Tax Compliance,Audit Compliance.
Assist in month-end closing and accruals related to payables.

Qualifications:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable.
Proficiency in accounting software.
Solid Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
Oracle Knowledge would be added advantage.
Solid communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
