Position Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced State Secondary Sales Head to lead our operations in the West Bengal, based at Kolkata. This role will be responsible for driving technical engagement, sales growth, and team leadership in the Premium Paint industry

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Secondary Sales & Services team across Pan India.
Develop and execute strategies to generate business through technical engagement and relationship building.
Build solid networks with Painters, Individual Home Builders (IHBs), Contractors, and Promoters/ builders to drive product adoption and sales.
Provide technical training, demonstrations, and support stakeholders to ensure correct usage and application of Paints products.
Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and distribution teams to align secondary services with business objectives.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to identify prospects for growth.
Ensure compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and quality benchmarks.




Prepare and present periodic performance reports to the PAN India Technical Services Head.

Requirements
Education: Any graduations
Experience: Minimum 10 years in a team-leading role within Secondary Sales/Services.
Industry Exposure: Prior working experience in Decorative Paints is essential.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate teams.
Business Orientation: Robust track record of generating business through secondary engagement.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, networking, and presentation abilities.
Location: Based in Kolkata, with willingness to travel extensively across the Pan India
