We have an urgent opening for the position of Estimation Head for a reputed company in Mumbai (Andheri) location.
Key responsibilities:
Project Estimation handling and pre-planning
Ensure compliance with all quality norms and policies for high-rise constructions.
Responsible for making the estimated cost of the project
Making Bar- Charts on MS project
Scheduling of the Activities of the team.
Preparation of Cash Flow
Reporting to: Director
Candidate's profile:
Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering Structural Engineering, Architectural Engineering from recognized University / Institute
Skills – Leadership Skills, Problem Solving, Knowledge about Real Estate Market
Relevant Experience – 15 Years to 18 Years
