We have an opening for the position of Asst. Sales Manager for a reputed Company in Proptech Industry at the Gurugram location.

Job Description:
Organize, Plan and Implement (real-estate) project specific sales.
Discuss and follow-up on prospects with prospective buyers.
Coordinate site visits with prospective buyers and enable deal closure.
Handle daily operations including internal company CRM tools.
Take ownership and initiative to hone up real estate knowledge and stay up-to-date with rules & regulations in the Indian real estate market.
Maintain cordial relationships with prospective Builder and Prospective buyers and other customers of the company.
Meeting Property Service Providers.




On boarding them to PropertyPistol Syndicate Platform and Network.
Explaining the wide range of Services available for them in PropertyPistol Syndicate Network.
Making available property data bases of the area.
Catering clients as per their need from the available data base by calling and personal.

Candidate's Profile:
Very Positive English Communication.
Go getting Attitude.
Self-Motivated.
Valuable Coordination and convincing skills.
Team Handling Experience Must for Sr. Sales Manager
Own bike preferred.
