Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Business Development
Identify and develop current customers for printing and packaging solutions.
Generate leads through market visits, networking, exhibitions, referrals, and digital channels.
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing clients.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with production/design teams for suitable solutions.

Client Coordination
Coordinate with internal teams for artwork approval, production schedules, dispatches, and payment follow-ups.
Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain customer database and MIS reports.

Branding & Promotion
Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events.
Support digital marketing initiatives, social media campaigns,



and promotional activities.
Enhance company visibility in target markets.

Reporting & Documentation
Prepare sales forecasts and periodic marketing reports.
Update CRM/customer records regularly.
Monitor receivables and customer payment status.

Required Skills
Robust communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of printing and packaging materials/processes.
Customer relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Positive presentation and interpersonal skills.
