Maintain Valuable Hygiene & Housekeeping at all MFG area all time & Personal Hygiene
& GMP & Safety
Daily mfg plan mixer wise
Daily mfg record& no bulk down time
FTIR Batch made
check all equipment condition& Maintanace issue infom
Nano mfg run
Update Audit& visit in mfg area
WIP Stock maintain as per system
Daliy SFG book Shift wise
Any irregularities or abnormal incidents related to GMP observed shall be escalated
to reporting manager.
Ensuring that the integrated management system conforms to the requirements of
this International Standard.




Ensuring that the processes are delivering their intended outputs.
Reporting on the performance of the integrated management system and on
prospects for improvement in particular to top management.
Ensuring the promotion of customer focus throughout the organisation.
Ensuring that the integrity of the integrated management system is maintained when
changes to the integrated management system are planned and implemented.
Ensuring the defined procedures and practices of Integrated management system are
deployed in the process, understood by all personnel involved and compliance is
confirmed.
