Job Description:

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Account Executive with knowledge of South African accounting practices. The candidate should have experience in the manufacturing industry and be capable of handling daily bookkeeping, inter-company transactions, forex accounting, and account finalisation activities. Experience in Tally ERP is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
Handle daily bookkeeping and accounting entries.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Record and reconcile inter-company transactions.
Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation regularly.
Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
Handle forex accounting and foreign currency transactions.
Assist in month-end and year-end account finalization.
Prepare financial reports, MIS reports, and account statements.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.




Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors when required.

Required Skills & Knowledge
Strong knowledge of South African accounting practices.
Experience in manufacturing industry accounting is mandatory.
Good understanding of inter-company accounting and reconciliation.
Knowledge of forex accounting and foreign exchange transactions.
Experience in account finalization work.
Proficiency in Tally ERP is mandatory.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and accounting reports.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Positive communication and coordination abilities.

Qualification
B.com, M.com, MBA- Finance
Additional accounting certifications will be an added advantage. Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidate with manufacturing industry experience preferred.
