Job Description:
Accurately enter production data from various sources (e.g., production logs, work orders, time sheets, quality control forms, inventory counts) into designated software systems (e.g., ERP, MES, spreadsheets, proprietary databases).
Verify data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting any discrepancies or errors.
Maintain and update existing production records, ensuring all information is current and easily retrievable.
Organize and file physical and digital documents related to production data.
