Job Description:
Fully responsible for technical management during project construction and providing technical solutions;
Coordinate with Party A on technical issues;
Guide and manage the work of local designers;
Disclosure of organizational design;
Review design drawings and prepare change negotiations
Inspected and solved in office problems;
bachelor degree, HVAC major, fluent English, proficient in CAD, able to independently calculate the bill of quantities, need to work on site.
Lead the team to daily inspect the internal operation and maintenance of the property, find hidden quality hazards
Responsible for preparation of MIS & daily energy consumption records.
Complete the tasks arranged by superiors and regional FE manager.
