Job Description:
Responsible to handle Multiple Projects with a team or Individual based on project complexity.
Hands-on experience on Siemens PLC systems and Safety PLCs and added advantage on RA expertise
Experienced in working with TIA Portal (Siemens PLC software for S7 1500) and Simatic Manager software along with simulation.
Knowledge of software products & licensing of Wincc SCADA
OPC-DA/UA – Kepware Knowledge
Basic knowledge regarding Database Management eg MSSQL, MySQL,
Experience of unit testing of SCADA Developing & maintaining tools and procedures for engineering & testing of SCADA Troubleshooting skills
Experience in communication Protocols of Siemens TCP/IP, Rockwell PLC
Experienced in Siemens HMI and SCADA systems, STL experience is required
Practical knowledge of I/O bus systems (Profibus, Profinet)
Must possess the skill to create/read the software requirements , P&I; diagram and able to convert them into working software independently.
Should be able to document the developed software and its functionalities for readability.
Has software development skills and commissioning experience.
Must possess PLC Programming skills in Siemenssing STL||LAD|SCL)




Able to understand and do programming in STL’s and SCL indirect addressing will be added advantage.
Excellent communication and managerial skills to handle team and delegate work howsoever would be sole responsible for its outcomes .
Proactive and ability to work independently.
Willing to travel and be able to work in multicultural workplace within India and Abroad based on project influence .
Is able to work along with a team as a development engineer for R&D; projects.
Ensure process compliance, quality, and lead time for the project work for self and team members.
Knowledge of Tyre Industry domain can be added advantage.
Experience in Development of software/library is a very much preferred.
Interact/co-ordinate with multi-disciplinary teams such as Hardware, Mechanical, High level controls team, Project Lead, and internal/external customers to ensure proper functioning of the products delivered, commissioning, integration, and handover of systems
Competence development, Support in knowledge sharing, and improve process & tooling part
Skills on handling Microsoft Projects , Word, Excel, Power Point is mandatory
