Job Description: About the Role:

We are looking for a energetic and experienced HR Manager to lead the human resources function and support the organization’s growth. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and strategic HR initiatives. This is a senior profile requiring solid leadership, communication, and people management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full spectrum of HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, and exit processes.
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
Design and execute employee engagement and retention programs.
Oversee statutory compliance, HR policies, and documentation.
Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Monitor attendance, leaves, and ensure accurate payroll processing.




Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate learning & development programs.
Collaborate with department heads to manage manpower planning and workforce development.
Maintain HR analytics and prepare regular reports for management review.
Ensure a positive work culture and drive organizational values across teams.

Requirements:
Qualification: MBA in HR / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
Experience: 5–6 years in HR management, preferably in a corporate setup.
Robust understanding of HR laws, policies, and best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office, HRMS, and payroll software.
Strategic thinker with hands-on experience in operational HR.
