Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US IT positions.
Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial technical and behavioral interviews.
Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, communication, availability, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interview schedules with clients and hiring managers.
Negotiate compensation, confirm availability, and manage offer discussions.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT specialists.
Maintain accurate candidate records and activity updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.




Work closely with Account Managers and Business Development teams to fulfill client requirements within agreed timelines.
Meet individual and team recruitment KPIs, including submissions, interviews, placements, and turnaround time.

Required Skills
2 7 years of experience in US IT recruitment or staffing.
Solid understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle.
Knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa types (H-1B, GC, USC, TN, EAD, etc.).
Experience recruiting for technologies such as Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, QA, Business Analysis, ERP, and Cybersecurity.
Hands-on experience with job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Experience using ATS and CRM systems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
