Job Description:
Participate in the formulation of engineering proposal, and evaluate the engineering proposal.
Solve key and difficult problems in HVAC equipment & other maintenance.
Organize and update equipment operation of utility equipment's.
Be mainly responsible for technical training related to HVAC Equipment's like screw & centrifugal chiller , Brine chiller, Air compressor, Dryer , AHU/MAU/FCU, Heavy duty water pumps, Cooling tower, Vacuum system. 5. Organize the property personnel to explore energy-saving improvement issues and follow up the improvement progress.
Regularly organize property energy-saving inspections, and follow up the improvement progress.
Special equipment management in terms of maintenance , Spare inventory & troubleshooting records.
Lead the team to daily inspect the internal operation and maintenance of the property, find hidden quality hazards.
Responsible for preparation of MIS & daily energy consumption records.
Complete the tasks arranged by superiors and regional FE manager.
