Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
 Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in engineering services and
related domains.
 Engage with clients to understand technical and commercial requirements, ensuring
alignment with company capabilities.
 Drive lead generation, client acquisition, and business growth through focused market
development efforts.
 Collaborate with internal teams to prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and
presentations.
 Maintain long-term client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
 Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry mapping to identify growth
areas.
 Represent CM Techno at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.




 Consistently achieve business development and revenue targets as defined.

Candidate Profile
 Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electro-Mechanical Engineering.
 Experience: 3–8 years in Business Development / Sales / Techno-Commercial roles in
engineering or related industries.
 Solid understanding of engineering design, analysis, and product development processes.
 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
 A go-getter with strong initiative, ownership, and the ability to work independently.
 Willingness to travel as required for client and business engagements.
