Lead generation in international market and Indian market using various tools like Upwork, LinkedIn sales navigator and so on.
Converting the leads till following up with them and maintaining their account record
Achieving a monthly target of 16L
Collaborate with the team , guide / train them effectively to improve the quality of work as per clients’ need
Follow up with the team to finish clients’ work on deadline and report to the Director on clients projects and payments on a daily basis
Do intensive market research to find out which services are in most need in the market and what can be done to implement in our services
Give marketing and branding strategies for company’s overall growth
Look for prospects and ways to promote the company.
Lead generating tools like LinkedIn sales navigator or seamless.ai or Apollo.ai or upwork / fiver
And crm tools like hubspot or Zoho or any crm tool
He needs to have prior experience to generate the leads from US/UK or any other market and close the deals as well
