Handle daily production operations of Extrusion Blow Molding (EBM) and Injection Blow Molding (IBM) machines.
Monitor quality standards and minimize rejections in plastic packaging.
Plan shift schedules and allocate manpower effectively.
Conduct root cause analysis of machine/process issues and implement corrective actions.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and productivity norms.
Maintain production reports and coordinate with maintenance teams.
