Financial Modeling & Valuation: Develop financial models based on an understanding of the company and industry for use in quantification of loss or damages.
Quantum Analysis: Perform in-depth quantum analysis for claims, including loss of profits, business interruption, breach of contract, post-transaction disputes, and other financial damages, ensuring accurate and accurate calculations based on established standards.
Expert Report Writing: Draft transparent, detailed expert reports summarizing financial analysis and findings to support expert testimony in litigation, arbitration, or mediation.
Legal & Claims Support: Provide key financial insights and support to legal teams in preparing pleadings (Statements of Claim, rejoinders, etc.).
