Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and continuous improvement of application performance.
Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to stakeholders to support knowledge sharing and process enhancement.
Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for system monitoring and incident management.
Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing expertise to foster skilled growth.
Qualified & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
Robust understanding of IT service management principles and workflows.
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues within enterprise IT systems.
Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes of problems.
Familiarity with incident, problem, and change management processes within ITSM frameworks.
Effective communication skills to interact with technical teams and business users.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
