Job Description:
Manage daily operations to ensure service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and productivity targets are consistently achieved.
Lead, mentor, and develop Team Leaders and support staff to build high-performing teams.
Monitor operational metrics, analyze trends, and implement action plans to improve performance.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining quality and service excellence.
Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and succession planning for team members.
Collaborate with Quality, Training, Workforce Management, HR, and other support functions to optimize operational performance.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer experience.
Prepare and present business reviews, operational reports, and client presentations.
Manage staffing, scheduling, capacity planning, and resource utilization.
Handle client escalations and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, data security, and regulatory standards.
Support transitions, process migrations, and implementation of current projects where required.
