This role provides analytical expertise to support compensation planning, salary administration, organizational design projects, and executive decision-making.

• Conduct compensation benchmarking and market pricing analyses.

• Participate in annual compensation review cycles.

• Support salary structure development and maintenance.

• Analyze workforce trends and organizational effectiveness metrics.

• Assist with job architecture,



job leveling, and career framework initiatives.

• Conduct workforce analytics and organizational modeling.

• Develop executive dashboards and workforce reporting.

• Support equity and long-term incentive program administration.

• Manage compensation survey participation and analysis.

• Prepare compensation recommendations and business cases.

• Support organizational redesign and restructuring initiatives.

• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Finance.

• Ensure data accuracy and compensation governance compliance.

• Contribute to executive compensation reporting materials.
