Your efficiency, professionalism, and cooperative approach will be instrumental in supporting smooth daily operations and creating a positive experience for all guests. - Process customer payments accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems, handling cash, card, and digital transactions with precision - Reconcile cash drawers at the end of each shift, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly
Maintain strict adherence to cash handling procedures and security protocols to safeguard organisational assets - Provide friendly, skilled,



and productive customer service, addressing queries and concerns with empathy and transparency - Verify customer identification and payment methods in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements - Balance daily transactions and prepare accurate financial reports for management review
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations during peak and off-peak periods - Maintain a clean, organised checkout area and ensure all equipment is in working order - Handle customer complaints and challenging situations with resilience and a solution-focused approach - Support inventory management by communicating stock levels and assisting with stock verification when required
