Key Responsibilities:
Ensure smooth daily operations of the store
Lead the team to achieve sales, profit, and customer service targets
Supervise, train, and evaluate store staff performance
Monitor inventory, conduct stock audits, and ensure stock availability




Manage visual merchandising and store hygiene standards
Resolve customer complaints effectively
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety guidelines

Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum- Graduate.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in retail management
Robust leadership, team management, and communication skills
Working knowledge of POS systems, Excel, and retail operations
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline
