Responsibilities
Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of cell manufacturing equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation-related breakdowns.
Ensure high equipment uptime and minimize production losses.
Maintain and troubleshoot automated production lines, conveyors, robots, PLCs, VFDs, and SCADA systems.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Monitor machine health parameters and recommend improvement actions.
Support installation, commissioning, and stabilization of current equipment.
Prepare maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution.
Maintain spare parts inventory and coordinate with procurement teams.
Ensure compliance with EHS, quality, and manufacturing standards.
Prepare maintenance reports, breakdown analysis, and equipment performance dashboards.
Participate in continuous improvement and TPM initiatives.

Qualifications

Qualification
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, Mechanical, or related engineering discipline.
