Job Description:
Operate and monitor WTP, RO, Softener, and DM Plant for smooth utility operations.
Check and record water quality parameters such as pH, TDS, Conductivity, and Hardness.
Perform chemical dosing, regeneration, backwashing, and filter cleaning as per SOP.
Monitor and operate utility equipment including pumps, valves, pipelines, and tanks.
Maintain daily logbooks, utility records, and operational reports accurately.
Carry out routine inspections, basic troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of utility systems.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, safety, and environmental regulations.
Coordinate with the Production and Maintenance departments to ensure uninterrupted utility services.
