Job Description:

Role Summary

The Showroom Manager will take complete ownership of showroom operations across GlobalNest, ArtistryRoom, and Thread by driving sales, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, managing the showroom team, inventory, and visual merchandising while maintaining operational excellence.

KRA: Task / Activities
Manage day-to-day showroom operations across all three brands.
Drive showroom sales through walk-ins, trade enquiries, and customer follow-ups.
Lead, train, and supervise showroom staff and Assistant Studio Manager.
Track sales targets and ensure achievement of business goals.
Maintain visual merchandising and premium showroom presentation.
Oversee inventory management and coordinate with warehouse and sourcing Teams.
Handle key customer interactions, negotiations, and sales closures.
Monitor and report daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
Coordinate architect/interior designer relationships and B2B orders.
Ensure billing, documentation, after-sales service, and customer grievance resolution.
Maintain showroom discipline, cleanliness, SOPs, and employee schedules.
Conduct daily evening reviews and performance reporting.




Coordinate with the marketing team for catalogues, AI product photography, and digital assets.

KPI: Performance Metrics
Achievement of showroom sales targets.
Footfall-to-sales conversion rate.
Customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Inventory accuracy and replenishment efficiency.
