Role Overview

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Management Coordinator to support our leadership team in Pune. The ideal candidate will act as the central point of contact between senior management, internal departments, and external clients. You will oversee daily operations, manage schedules, and ensure that management directives are executed smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
Executive Support: Assist the leadership team with calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a liaison across departments to ensure company goals and project timelines are met.
Documentation & Reporting: Prepare, organize, and maintain critical management documents, reports, and databases.




Client Communication: Handle incoming management-level inquiries and facilitate communications with key stakeholders and clients.
Operations Support: Assist in organizing internal/external corporate events and tracking project milestones.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience: 1 to 2 years of proven experience in administrative coordination, project management, or operations.
Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools.
Solid verbal and written communication skills.
High level of multitasking and time-management capabilities.
