Designation – Sr.HR Executive – Ops

Education – PGDHRM / MBA / MANAGEMENT GRADUATE

Work Experience – 3+ years

Age – 23 to 30

Notice Period – Immediate / 15 days / 1 month

Brief JD :-
Shall be responsible for Staffing Operation such as managing entire employee lifecycle
Manage HR Generalist Activities, including employee engagement, onboarding, Grievance management
Assist in HR Operations and Administration tasks such as MS Office and Excel proficiency.
Support HRM initiatives to improve overall organizational performance.
Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives through effective communication and coordination.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements :
Robust understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word) for document preparation.
