We are seeking a skilled Installation Technician to join our team. The primary responsibilities will include installing and servicing products at various client sites. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct site assessments to determine installation requirements, ensure site readiness, and recommend solutions.
Install products and systems according to company guidelines and client specifications.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues during and after installation.
Verify functionality and quality following installation.
Perform testing and necessary calibrations to ensure optimal performance.
Complete installation reports, including details of completed tasks and any issues encountered.
Document customer interactions and update CRM as required.
Collect Satisfactory report from customers/clients.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus, ITI.
Experience: Proven experience as an installation technician or in a similar role (e.g., Aluminium
