Graduate or Undergraduate
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Basic computer and typing proficiency

Job Responsibilities
Assist customers with return, refund, replacement, and exchange requests.
Investigate and resolve customer concerns related to product returns.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.




Update customer interactions accurately in the system.
Adhere to quality and compliance standards.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience during every interaction.
