Key Responsibilities
Manage daily hotel operations and ensure smooth departmental coordination.
Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns promptly.
Supervise, train, and evaluate hotel staff.
Monitor budgets, expenses, revenue, and operational performance.
Ensure the property is well-maintained and compliant with safety and legal standards.
Coordinate with maintenance, vendors, and suppliers.
Maintain company SOPs, quality standards, and statutory compliance.
Prepare operational reports and implement continuous improvements.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in hotel operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
