Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
Oversee the accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and collections.
Reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable sub-ledgers to the general ledger.
Ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures.
Conduct financial analysis to support business decision-making.
Provide insights and recommendations for improving financial performance and achieving business objectives.
Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.




Foster a positive and collaborative work workplace.
Manage financial aspects of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and property management.
