Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Noida. The Sales Manager will oversee the end-to-end sales cycle for Meritshot’s programs, including lead qualification, consultative selling, and closing enrollments. The role involves managing and mentoring a sales team, setting transparent performance targets, and tracking daily metrics such as conversion rates, revenue, and pipeline health. The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with marketing and operations to refine messaging, improve campaign outcomes, and ensure an excellent experience for prospective learners.



Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting sales calls and demos, identifying new market segments, nurturing partnerships with corporate clients, and preparing regular sales forecasts and performance reports for leadership.
Candidates should possess solid sales and business development skills, including lead generation, consultative selling, and deal closure.
Candidates should possess team leadership and people management skills, such as coaching, performance monitoring, and inspiring a sales team.
Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills, including persuasive presentation abilities and stakeholder relationship management.
